Is there something that makes you feel great and you’d like to make it a habit? Maybe it’s to get up earlier every day, take an after-dinner walk, drive more carefully, visit one museum a week, cook something new each week, read the morning newspaper, the list is endless.
But think about something you want to have in your life on a more permanent basis.
It takes 21 days to ingrain a habit so get started and after three weeks you’ll be lost without it.
