Crissy and Meredith started Above and Beyond with one simple goal: to help people through life’s transitions with less stress and a lot more support. Crissy is a natural organizer — a true lover of lists, systems, and seeing every task through to the end. With a background in art and years at Sotheby’s, she brings both attention to detail and a calm, people-first approach to every project. When she helped her own parents downsize, she realized how emotional and overwhelming the process can be — and how much it helped to have someone guide the way. 

Meredith, meanwhile, has been organizing since college (starting with her friends’ closets, just for fun). A former nursery school teacher, she brings patience, warmth, and a practical eye to every space she touches. Her experience helping family and real estate clients prep homes for sale showed her how powerful good organization can be — especially during big transitions.
