Life-Changing Question: Who do I want to be?

Do you have an idea of who you want to be?

Charles Duhigg, author of The Power of Habit, suggests that you act as if you are the person you want to be. Answer who you want to be and act that way.

An example would be, I’m a strong fit woman. If I act as if, I would lift weights a couple of times a week, walk on the treadmill and outside every day if possible, and eat lots of protein. I would work to embody the habits of a strong fit woman.
