Well here’s a challenge.
Maybe you’d like to give up scrolling before bed or to stop picking your cuticles. Maybe it’s a food or drink that you are obsessed with and you know you need to cut back. One friend told me she gave up Amazon.
For me it was eating candy in my car. I did it mindlessly without even thinking about it. I switched out the candy for water and now my brain thinks of drinking water when I get into the car and stop at a light.
